                    • What you will do in your working day

                    As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

                    Technical Apprenticeship Key Responsibilities:

                    • Efficiently operate and control ICT infrastructure, including physical and virtual hardware, software, network services, and data storage.
                    • Serve as first-line support for customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have.
                    • Perform general warehouse duties, including stock management, hardware handling, and inventory tasks.
                    • Utilise infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components.
                    • Prioritise systems support tasks while monitoring and maintaining system performance.

                      • The training you will be getting

                      An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Training will be delivered by Pareto Law Limited, and upon completion, the chose candidate/s will earn a Level 3 qualification in IT Solutions Technician, equivalent to an A-Level.

                      • With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coach and our learning platform “Aptem” complete learning on program
                      • IT Vendor training will also be provided

                          • Qualifications

                          GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent) is essential. Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have., this way they can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. S2S Group is also looking for a candidate who has skills within communication and IT.
