Along with the environmental impact of throwing away your e-waste in a commercial bin, improper disposal leaves any residing data on that asset vulnerable to data breaching. By disposing of your items with an accredited ITAD, you eliminate both the environmental and data breach risks.

Depending on the age, quality, and quantity of the items you want to recycle, our customers can receive a rebate for items that may otherwise be gathering dust. You can also choose to refurbish your old tech and have them returned to you so that they can be reused within your organisation.

We accept all kinds of electronic waste devices including equipment that may have thermal heating, cooling, or other types of components.

We accept larger batteries including lead-acid and lithium batteries but if it’s smaller household batteries you have from smaller electronic devices, you can dispose of these at your local recycling centre.

Yes. We can track all assets from collection and then at every stage of the processes at our secure ITAD facility if required. Our customers can view where their assets are using our Trakk-IT online portal.

Yes. Although we adhere to the highest regulation when handling, tracking and transporting data to our facilities, some of our customers may want their items to be destroyed on site. We can accommodate any on-site shredding needs with the use of our portable shredders.

Yes, we can destroy physical data such as documentation and patient medical records as well as digital data.

Data can be sanitised in a number of ways depending on the media type and the customer requirements. Data overwriting or erasure should be considered as this allows full re use and we are Blancco Gold Partners meaning both a cost effective, certified and environmentally friendly solution can be offered. Alternatively we are also able to offer solutions for degaussing, shredding and incineration to meet the highest CPNI standards depending on the media types. We can also offer options for on or off-site Data Sanitisation.

Yes, we can recycle and refurbish a wide range of mobile phones. We have specialist technicians dedicated to this area of the business so you can recycle your phones and purchase a bundle of refurbished mobile phones if required as a cost-effective solution for your organisation.

Yes, there’s no need to buy brand new devices. Our refurb and redeploy scheme enables us to repair your devices, erase all data and then return them straight back to you.

Yes, we have a range of refurbished mobile phones that are available for our customers to buy. The availability of what we have on offer depends upon the quantity devices we have refurbished at that time. Devices are graded and valued by our experts by tracking industry-standard prices for each device and its condition.

Yes, we guarantee to erase 100% of the data on your mobile phones. To do this, we use the industry-approved data erasure software, Blancco, which ensures full erasure and complete data security.

We use touchless SanoChem specialist equipment, which is non-corrosive, eco-friendly and kills 99.9% of bacteria on any surface. To clean items during refurbishing, we use a range of electronic safe static-free products to keep devices clean and undamaged during the service process.

Yes. If you need to sanitise your IT assets, we can come to your premises using our portable non-toxic fogging machine. The solution kills 99.9% of bacteria and provides protection from viral infections such as flu virus, c-diff, and e-coli. If you require a full clean of your premises, we can come to you, as long as you’re in the UK.

Any IT devices that your staff might use such as laptops, monitors, keyboards and phones. Our processes are eco-friendly and are non-corrosive, so they are safe to use on any devices.

If you have a number of staff working from home, we can help arrange, sanitise and redeploy working from home bundles to the homes of your staff. This gives you peace of mind that there’s no cross-contamination and your staff have all of the tools they need to carry out their work from home. If you need to retrieve working from home bundles for whatever reason, we can collect, sanitise and send them back to you.

We operate nationwide and can collect from anywhere in the UK. We try to group our collections up in certain areas too to minimise the impact on the environment and reduce costs to our customers.

Our usual process is to send a member of our team to collect the devices from your premises. However, if you hold a waste carriers’ licence, you can bring your items directly to us in some cases. Speak to our team for more details of how you can do this.

Depending on how many items need collecting, and what we have already booked in the diary, we can normally arrange a collection in 1-2 weeks.

Yes, we are fully registered to carry waste. Our drivers are also security-cleared so you can be safe in the knowledge that any data on your device is secure.

Trakk-IT is our award-winning, bespoke IT Asset tracking customer portal, created specifically by us for our clients. The system records all aspects of the products and the process and allows our clients to see exactly where their tracked assets are and provides a real-time report for you to view anywhere.

We are fully accredited and have robust processes in place to control and record every aspect of handling your data with an audit trail.

All our staff are security cleared; this is an ongoing vetting process.

Our facility has full CCTV coverage both internally and externally, the site is monitored 24 x 7 x 365 by an external security company.

Our site is enclosed with security fencing around its perimeter, secure gated areas that only authorised personnel can access and access control for all doors within the facility to control the movements of personnel within the site. Only staff with approved access can get into certain areas of our site.

We are approved to destroy data to Top Secret Level with the option of witness destruction on-site. All data erasure or destruction is fully certified, and you will receive documentation in line with GDPR and ADISA.

We offer the full end to end solution for your business using our own in-house security cleared personnel.

On occasions where we are extremely busy, we do have a list of approved partners for secure transport, this is always agreed by our customers prior to collection.

Some hazardous products may need additional specialist processing and we have a list of approved partners for those product types.

Our goal is to produce zero waste that goes into landfill. We do this by stripping old devices so that individual components can be recycled, and as many assets as possible can be refurbished and remarketed thus diverting as much waste as possible from being sent to landfill.
