We can collect Mitel equipment free of charge is if is being directly replaced and if the equipment was on the UK market prior to August 2005. Mitel equipment that has reached end-of-life and was placed on the market after August 2005 can also be collected.

Note: to check if the equipment was placed on the market after Aug 2005, look for a crossed-out wheelie bin on the product.
