Increased UK demand for on-site IT Asset disposal sees S2S Group invest £250k in its shredding vehicle fleet.

Based in Rotherham, London, and Glasgow, S2S Group IT Asset Destruction (ITAD) has been providing its customers with data destruction services for over 30 years. Now, with the increasing demand for on-site destruction, the South Yorkshire headquartered company has continued its impressive growth with further investment.
The new mobile shredding unit can service customers across the UK.
Collaboration with Ulster Shredders
In collaboration with Ulster Shredders and utilising the latest shredding technology, a purpose-built dual shred mobile unit has been installed into a new 18-tonne vehicle. The new machine uses the latest technology to simultaneously destroy both hard and soft media types at volume. The new shredding vehicle amounts to a total investment cost of over £250k.
Available to customers across the UK now, the new vehicle can be configured to all shred sizes for the secure destruction of all media categories to comply with IA Standard No5., CNPI, ADISA Standard 8.0 and UK GDPR regulations.
Dual Shred Ability
More and more S2S Group are finding that organisations require the increased security that on-site asset destruction brings for their most sensitive data. The benefit to customers is clear, due to the dual shred ability, a full range of media types whether that be CD, tape, SSD, or HDD, can be shredded at volume more efficiently.
