S2S Group’s Tree Planting Experience
On a wet and windy, Friday morning, January 21st 2022, S2S Group met up to plant trees with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust. This follows up on the donation to the trust last year. Leah Hodgson and Sarah Galloway, the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust coordinators hosted a great morning. Everyone who attended the event succeeded in achieving the goal to plant 300 trees.
Despite the unfortunate weather, the S2S tree planting group upon reflection feels the effort was most rewarding. It is just a small part of our commitment as a company, to strive to achieve S2S Group’s sustainability goals. S2S is eager to do it again…but in the summer.
It was a really great experience supporting such an inspirational cause, S2S Group highly recommends any other businesses looking to do something similar to get in contact with Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust.
