New EV charging port at S2S facility to decrease our carbon footprint
In February, we unveiled our new electric van to assist with client collections and do our part to reduce CO2 emissions. With the purchase of our green collection vehicle, we have installed a brand-new port from myenergi to charge up our van, without using any fuel.
S2S are extremely committed to helping the environment and contributing to our corporate social responsibility. By fitting the EV port at our facility, we hope to meet the growing demand for collections in a greener and more efficient way.
The specifications of our new port:
The charging port meets the requirements of our new vehicle, the Nissan e-NV200. We are using the eco-smart myenergi EV charger:
- Pin-code lock
- Rated power of 7kW or 22kW
- Supply frequency of 50 Hz
- 18th edition ready (up to date with the latest British Standards)
