Sponsors Over 120 Children to Attend Summer Sports Camp

Engaging and supporting local communities and charities is central to S2S Group’s ethos and brand values. Over the years, S2S Group has supported various regional charities and sponsored local sports teams at multiple levels. This commitment extends to supporting local sporting organisations, including Bruce Dyer’s Love Life sports charity.
About the Recent Support
Recently, S2S Group in collaboration with SME Ltd, has funded opportunities for less fortunate children to attend Bruce Dyer’s Love Life Multisport Camp at no cost. The camp has seen such high demand and interest that it has expanded from a single week to a three-week duration throughout July and August. A recent update from Bruce Dyer confirmed that the camp is fully booked, with 41 children taking part each week, totalling to over 120 children participating over the 3-week duration. Beyond this support, S2S Group has taken an extra step by attending the sports ground to give each child a branded S2S Group water bottle.
Bruce Dyer expressed his gratitude for the support received, stating,
“Our camp is fully booked for each week, and we have reached our maximum capacity of 40 to 41 children per week for the next three weeks. This is truly exciting and positive news for us. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for your unwavering support. Your contributions have been instrumental in making this camp possible.”

In 2022, S2S Group proudly supported Bruce Dyer’s Sports Skills for Life (SSFL) awards ceremony, an event that celebrated the achievements and dedication of young athletes. The evening was filled with excitement and joy, bringing together families, friends, and team members in a spirit of unity and support. The ceremony highlighted the exceptional talents and hard work of the participants, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and encouragement. It was a night to remember, strengthening the sense of community and leaving lasting memories.

About the Charity
Everybody is welcome at Love Life Sports Ground Grimethorpe, a sports facility dedicated to serving the local community. Love Life Sports Ground Grimethorpe is the sports arms of the non for profit organisation Love Life UK Outreach.
Through a passion of sports and togetherness, Love Life Sports Ground Grimethorpe is reigniting the spirit of the local community. As we welcome back Grimethorpe’s first team to their rightful home we look forward to hosting weekly fixtures every Saturday.
