Managing IT Asset Disposal for a Large-Scale Financial Institution
The project began with S2S Group collecting 300 laptops from the financial institution’s premises. These devices were securely transported to our facility in Rotherham, where they underwent thorough evaluation.
To support transparency, the customer had live access to their assets’ status through the Trakk-IT portal, allowing them to track the progress of refurbishment and disposal.

BER assets were securely destroyed, with full certification of destruction provided to the customer.

Collection completed within 7 working days of the initial request.
End-to-end process completed in 4 weeks, from collection to refurbishment and resale.
