What is the difference between recycling & destruction?

Recycling covers both the reuse and recycling of equipment. For reuse, assets are tested, data erased, and resold. The materials that are separated and segregated by S2S Group are then distributed to a secondary recycler who will process the materials into new products.

Destruction is the process of destroying equipment and materials, usually via industrial-grade shredders which securely and safely destroy all data contained within electronic devices. After destruction, materials are sent for smelting, refining, or even incineration for energy generation.
