              • About the Role

                Over recent months, S2S Group has successfully acquired several large-scale projects from key clients, leading to the development of a dedicated Project Team within our warehouse operations. This is an exciting time for the business as we continue to grow, and we are now looking for a Projects Team Leader to take this team forward and help deliver exceptional results.

                This is offered as an acting-up arrangement for a period of three months. It provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to gain leadership experience, drive performance, and contribute to the continued success of our projects. At the end of this period, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs, the successful individual will be appointed to the post on a permanent basis.

                Key Responsibilities

                  • Lead, coordinate, and support the warehouse project team to ensure effective workflow and delivery of objectives.
                  • Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved.
                  • Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and accountability.
                  • Work closely with the ITAD Manager to deliver project goals.
                  • Monitor and report on progress, performance metrics, and operational challenges.
                  • Provide training during team member induction periods.
                  • Support and develop team members through coaching, guidance, and feedback.
                  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
                  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
                  • Key Skills & Experience

                    • Experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity, ideally within a warehouse, is desirable but not essential
                    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
                    • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and support a team.
                    • Confident in managing priorities and meeting operational targets.
                    • Good reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to use relevant systems and tools.
                    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
